The Quality Department seeks to inspire everyone at Gutenberg networks with a truly Quality spirit, which motivates them to do something more every day to increase client satisfaction.
Our commitment to Quality:
The Quality Department was set up in 1999, and has its sights set on client satisfaction through Gutenberg networks facilities and people.
The implementation of working procedures, instructions and controls, and above all the processing of client complaints and prompt and effective attention to any malfunctioning, has enabled Gutenberg networks to be certified ISO 9001 since March 2000.
The Quality Department also gets involved in an advisory capacity when new working processes are introduced, or to improve exchanges between a client, its communications agencies and Gutenberg networks.Â
Every year the Quality Department administers a client satisfaction survey which enables it to set service improvement objectives and share annual progress plans.
